From Project Manager to Corporate Trainer: The PRAXIS Story
A Journey of Empowerment through PRAXIS Coaching Solutions
Hello! I’m Keela Edwards Oyewole, the founder of PRAXIS Coaching Solutions.
As a seasoned Project Manager and Professional Coach, I help organizations implement processes for their teams to innovate faster and scale up through customized training programs and executive function coaching. My research-based PRAXIS framework has helped clients to improve employee engagement, boost productivity, and cultivate a culture of high performance. With my ability to tailor offerings to each organization’s unique needs and drive measurable results, I am the trusted partner you need to navigate complex challenges in today’s fast-paced business landscape.
I founded PRAXIS Coaching Solutions on the fundamental principles of family, faith, and freedom, with a mission to support adult professionals and educate organizational teams to work smart and not hard. I help leaders of all ages and from all stages in their career discover a new way to interact with the world, with a special emphasis on breaking through the barriers of executive functioning.
Professionally, you are in good hands with PRAXIS Coaching Solutions. I am a Project Manager by trade. I’ve spent my 10-year career managing waterfall and agile projects worth more than $80M working in Corporate America. I’ve had the privilege of working in both the public and private sectors from nonprofits to construction. Essentially, all workplace environments are the same – they are time-consuming! I learned how to handle the daily challenges of work-life balance, employee sustainability, and conflict management in my career early on to forge a life that is rewarding in and out of the office. I treat all my clients with respect and remain true to my ethical commitments in every interaction. Outside of work, I am married, a mom of two and Jesus is my everything. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, learning how to garden, being active, traveling, laughing at my own jokes, writing in my many journals, painting, and allowing my mind to daydream.
Welcome to the PRAXIS Framework
