I’m Keela Edwards Oyewole
As someone who has walked in your shoes, I understand the feelings of being “different” and longing for normality. My own journey with ADHD began in college, where I was diagnosed with combined type ADHD at 19 years old. I got an “F” in Advanced French that year and it shook me to my core.
I was a mess. I was insecure, unfulfilled, and experienced shame and guilt of having “ADHD” on top of my shattered dreams of becoming a famous political figure. Yet, God had other plans.

I struggled to manage my ADHD and later General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and my life started to spin out of control. I was on ADHD medications, in therapy, enrolling in yoga classes, saying affirmations, and crying while praying and worrying, stressing, overthinking, procrastinating, and ruminating. I spent 12 YEARS on the merry-go-round at war with myself and my ADHD and anxiety.
One day, I decided that I need to stop! I made peace with myself and began to accept my diagnosis fully without any negative affiliations. That is when I began to heal. I made the choice to live holistically, accept my unique story, and find new ways to adapt and excel in every aspect of my life.

This experience has given me unique insight into the struggles of transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, and the pressures of balancing responsibilities as a parent, professional, and individual. My struggles with ADHD led me to a place of empowerment and purpose.
I took my passion for organizational management, my love for all things productivity, a knack for process improvement, and the hyper-focus of my ADHD and put them all together. With Praxis Coaching Solutions, I now get to teach, coach, mentor, and motivate others to pursue their passions to embrace their “new normal” and make it better. I also help those who live and work with ADD/ADHD.
